How do I connect Pabbly Connect to an AI calling agent?

The idea

Pabbly Connect is an automation tool that moves data between apps. To trigger a call, the workflow needs a trigger, such as a new lead, and an action that hands the lead to the calling agent. Outpero does not list a built-in Pabbly integration; the generic route is a webhook, which any tool able to send an HTTP request can use.

Setup, step by step

1. 01In Outpero, create the AI employee and open its lead-source or webhook settings to get the endpoint for sending leads.
2. 02In Pabbly Connect, create a workflow and choose the trigger: a Facebook Lead Ads form, a Google Sheets row, a WooCommerce order, a website form or a CRM event.
3. 03Add an action that sends data to a URL, using Pabbly's webhook or API request step, pointed at the Outpero endpoint.
4. 04Map the fields: the lead's name, the phone number in full format and any detail the agent should mention, such as course or product.
5. 05Submit a test lead using your own mobile and check that the agent calls within seconds.
6. 06Turn the workflow on.

Bringing results back

After each call, Outpero sends the summary, outcome, recording link and captured fields to your webhook, for every call, completed calls only or voicemail only. Point it at a Pabbly webhook trigger to update a sheet, tag a CRM contact or notify your team.

Checks that save trouble

• —Normalise numbers to include the country code and strip spaces.
