How do I sign up for Outpero?
Go to app.outpero.com and create an account. Signup is self-serve, needs no card and gives you 50 free credits, where 1 credit is ₹1. You then create an AI employee, choose its language and voice, write what it should say, and place a test call to your own phone before you point it at real leads.
The steps
- 01Open app.outpero.com and create an account. No card is asked for, and 50 free credits are added at signup.
- 02Create an AI employee and pick its language: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam or Indian English.
- 03Choose a voice tier. Standard is ₹5 a minute and Premium is ₹6.8.
- 04Describe the job in plain words: what to ask, what to capture, and what to say when it does not know an answer.
- 05Place a test call to your own phone and listen for the reply pause and the English mixing.
- 06Connect a lead source or upload a CSV, and decide whether the employee should book into a calendar, write to a sheet or send a WhatsApp message.
What the free credits cover
Fifty credits is ₹50 of talk time. At the Standard rate that is roughly 10 connected minutes, enough for several short test calls. Unanswered calls are not billed, and credits never expire, so unused credits stay in the account.
When you need to pay
You top up prepaid credits when you want more calls. There is no setup fee, monthly subscription or contract, so you can stop whenever you like. When you are ready to call from your own +91 business number, a dedicated number is ₹649 a month and includes 1 channel. Extra channels, which let more calls run at the same time, are ₹649 a month each and can be added or removed in any month. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Before you point it at real customers
