What the agent asks

• —Preferred branch and day, and whether they want a weekday evening or a weekend slot.

What it does not do

Patients often ask what an implant costs. The honest answer is that it depends on the case, the implant system and whether bone grafting is needed, which only the dentist can judge after an examination. Brief the agent to say exactly that, quote only the consultation fee and any published package you are comfortable stating, and book the visit.

Pain calls are different. If the patient mentions swelling or severe pain, the agent should offer the earliest available slot and flag the lead, not reassure them about the symptom.
