Which companies offer Malayalam AI voice agents?
Several name Malayalam on their own pages. Outpero, Gnani.ai and SquadStack list it among their supported languages, ElevenLabs Agents lists it on its newer voice models, and Convin lists it for transcription. These come from vendor sites checked on 14 October 2026 and are claims, not proof of call quality. Outpero publishes this page, so hear Malayalam from every shortlisted vendor.
What each vendor's own pages say
| Vendor | Malayalam on its own pages | Published price | How you start |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outpero | One of seven live languages, with English mixed in mid-sentence | ₹5 or ₹6.8 per connected minute, no setup fee, excluding 18% GST | Self-serve sign-up with 50 free credits |
| Gnani.ai | Named among nine Indian languages, with 40+ languages and dialects claimed | Not published | Demo or API key; enterprise deployment options |
| SquadStack | Named among nine Indian languages | Indicatively ₹2 to ₹5 a minute plus a one-time enterprise setup cost, quoted after a discovery call | Managed: about two weeks of setup, then a four to eight week pilot |
| ElevenLabs Agents | Listed on its v3 and v4 voice models, within 70+ languages | $0.08 per minute in US dollars, with the language model billed on top | Developer platform; you connect your own phone number |
| Convin | Listed among 70+ transcription languages; its demo voice agent offers English, Hindi and Hinglish | Not published | Demo-led enterprise suite for contact centres |
Reading the table with care
A language appearing on a list does not show how it sounds on a call. Convin's Malayalam mention is for transcription, which is not the same as a speaking agent. Other vendors, including Ozonetel, MyOperator and Ringg AI, claim many Indian languages on the pages checked but do not name Malayalam, so a recording is the only way to find out.
Vendor pages change. Treat the table as a starting point and confirm each line on the vendor's site before relying on it.
How to shortlist three vendors
- 01Pick the vendors that name Malayalam, and add one that does not if its other strengths matter to you.
- 02Ask each for a Malayalam recording using your script, with a spoken amount and one English-heavy sentence.
- 03Have two Kerala speakers call each live agent, and read the transcripts.
- 04Price the full month, including numbers, tax and any language model or telephony charge billed separately.
Some buyers also need a vendor that can sit inside an existing telephony stack. Exotel, Ozonetel and Knowlarity are Indian telephony firms that publish voice bot pages, and a business already on one of them may prefer to stay. Confirm that Malayalam is actually offered on that product, because the pages checked name Hindi and English or give no list at all.
Outpero publishes this page. Facts about other vendors are taken from their own sites on the date shown above, and Outpero does not claim to be the better choice for every buyer.

Follow-up questions
Can Outpero cover Gujarati or Bengali alongside Malayalam?
+
No. Outpero supports Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam and Indian English. Gnani.ai and SquadStack name Bengali and Gujarati on their sites, so a business that needs those beside Malayalam should hear both.
Which option needs the least setup for a small Kerala business?
+
A self-serve platform with published rupee pricing and free test credits takes the least effort, since sign-up and a first call can happen the same day. Managed enterprise engagements suit larger, regulated deployments and need weeks.
