Gyms & Fitness in Lucknow: where the calls go wrong
Lucknow's gym market is concentrated in Gomti Nagar, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, Hazratganj and Ashiyana, with large-format chains and premium studios opening in Gomti Nagar Extension. Many members are students, young professionals and government employees, and many women prefer separate batches or women-only timings. Membership demand rises in January, before the wedding season, and dips during Ramzan and the peak summer months when Lucknow heat keeps people home. Calls are in courteous Hindi with English for plan, personal training and diet.
